Today, it has become increasingly difficult to purchase pure food products. To combat this dilemma, we use gaon ka pakka ghee —made using an age-old method of preparation—slowly prepared using simple methods that keep it naturally full of its benefits.

We begin our process from the heart of rural India, where we source fresh, ethically farmed milk to make curd; then, we hand-churn that curd into butter before we slowly heat it to create pure, unadulterated golden ghee, which is nutrient dense. The traditional production process allows nutrients, flavours, and textures to be maintained throughout the entire production cycle. These products will all be produced using slow old-world methods of preparation.

We produce all of our products in batches with great care, ensuring that our customers receive the very best products possible.

For thousands of years, ghee has been used not only as a food flavouring, but also to promote health within Indian cultures. The reason why ghee has been included in the diets of hundreds of generations is due to its abilities to promote digestion, increase gut function, and support the immune system due to butyric acid.
