• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

• Delivery is available in all major cities, towns, and most rural areas.

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

• Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied.

• Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may attract an additional handling fee.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.

• You can track your order status anytime via the provided link.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship internationally at this time.

• Some pin codes may be unserviceable due to courier limitations. In such cases, our team will contact you for alternate arrangements.
